We are now looking for you who want to be part of continuing the development of our school social team! Hudiksvall Municipality started a school social team just over a year ago, which is a collaboration between the Learning Department and the Social Services and Care Department. We are now seeking a team member for the school social team. Job Responsibilities The school social team is a group of staff from the school and social services who work together to promote safety, study environment, and increase student attendance at school. The school social team's target group is students in grades F-6 in Hudiksvall Municipality. By strengthening the conditions for successful schooling, the school social team contributes to protecting against mental health problems later in life and against various forms of social problems, such as crime, substance abuse, and social exclusion. The work involves collaboration with several different actors. Together with professionals from central student health and social services, you will continue to build up the operations and support students, guardians, and school units in matters of safety, study environment, and school attendance. Your Profile To be suitable for this position, you need to be educated as a social worker or have another relevant university degree at least at the basic level. You find it easy to build good relationships with children/young people and their guardians as well as with colleagues. You enjoy collaborating with others and have a positive, solution-focused, and constructive approach to your assignment. You have a strong belief that everyone can succeed if given good conditions. Additionally, you are organized and experienced in driving development and processes in your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We welcome your application!
