We are now seeking a temporary school nurse for our student health team in rector area 2, which includes Trojaskolan F–6 in Ryd and Urshultskolan F–6 in Urshult. Together, the schools have approximately 250 students.
With us, student health is an important part of the school's joint effort to create safety, well-being, and good conditions for each student to succeed in school. Our student health team consists of a school nurse, counselor, special education teacher, and principal, and we believe in close collaboration, early interventions, and a solution-focused approach. With us, you will be part of an engaged team where different competencies complement each other and where we together develop the school's student health work.
As a school nurse with us, you will also be part of a professional group for school nurses in the municipality. Here you have the opportunity to collaborate, share experiences, and develop together with other school nurses. The professional group contributes to shared learning, collegial support, and development of medical student health work.
In your role as a school nurse, you will meet students through health conversations, health examinations, vaccinations, and an open clinic. You need to be able to plan, prioritize, and structure your work independently. The assignment includes ensuring that the school nurse's core duties are carried out with good quality, while actively taking responsibility for driving and developing health promotion work at the school together with other professions.
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a school nurse, district nurse, or pediatric nurse.
