Your areas of responsibility in student health & preventive work
Responsible for medical interventions according to applicable regulations, and work to promote and prevent students' health.
Actively collaborate with teachers, school leadership, school counselor, and special education teachers to create long-term favorable conditions for all students.
Conduct health conversations, perform basic medical assessments and vaccinations, and assist with counseling on physical and mental health.
Clear and accessible contact with guardians and other partners regarding student health issues.
Contribute knowledge and ideas to the school's development work, and participate in systematic quality work.
Who are you? – Qualifications & personal qualities
Licensed nurse with specialist training as a school nurse, pediatric nurse, or district nurse.
You see opportunities, find solutions, and have a genuine commitment to young people's health and learning.
Ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
You work independently but prefer to be part of a team where community, participation, and humor are important.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a school nurse and are familiar with digital medical records.
