Your Role as a School Nurse As a school nurse with us, you will primarily work with preventive student health through health consultations and health examinations according to the school health care base program for grades 6-9. You will be part of the student health team that works proactively and promotes health to ensure all students achieve the goals of their education and support school attendance at multiple levels. We also actively work to promote equal treatment and good physical and mental student health. In your work, you will collaborate closely with the student health team and school staff, and together with them drive and develop health initiatives at the school. Our starting point is working for the student's best interests according to their needs. Your Profile As a person, you are approachable in your interactions and responsive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work efficiently. You see opportunities in change, take own initiative, and bring new approaches to work-related matters. You express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
