As a school nurse in Sjöbo, you will be part of Central Student Health Services with 18 dedicated colleagues consisting of school psychologists, school nurses, school counselor, social pedagogues, pedagogue, special education teacher, and language, reading, and writing development specialists. You will meet a work group characterized by high competence, trust, participation, and a strong sense of unity. DUTIES
You will follow Sjöbo Municipality's base program and management system for student health's medical interventions. This includes health consultations, health screenings, vaccinations, and open clinics. You are part of a student health team where you work closely with the principal, counselor, special education teacher, and psychologist to complement educators and optimize conditions for each student to achieve their learning goals.
You work to ensure that students achieve the best possible development by being part of creating environments that promote student learning, development, and health. You support student development toward school goals through preventive and health-promoting measures regarding health issues and well-being at individual and group levels.
In Sjöbo, there is ongoing work focused on health promotion and prevention through, for example, vital conversations, health lessons, and early interventions. Student Health collaborates with colleagues within family services on children's rights work, violence prevention, and crime prevention.
In your role as a school nurse, you are comfortable with collaboration, work independently, and take your own initiatives. You are calm, stable, driven, and engaged in your work and create good relationships and inspire confidence. You have an ability to find solutions and guide with empathic capability.

QUALIFICATIONS
• License as a nurse and specialist education in pediatric nursing, district nursing, or school nursing.
• Experience as a nurse
• Experience with documentation in digital record systems
• Experience working with children and youth
• Class B driver's license and access to your own car
