Description Mimers Hus Gymnasium is a modern and attractive school located in central Kungälv, close to bus connections and Kongahälla centrum. The school has approximately 1,600 students distributed across higher education and vocational preparation programs as well as individual programs. Job Responsibilities You, your school nurse colleagues, and other student health personnel are part of the school's combined student health team under one manager. Together, you work to develop and implement health-promoting and preventive student health work, and it is therefore important that you have a genuine interest in developing the school nurse role in this direction. You work in one or more of the school's student health teams and together with other staff, you work towards a safe school environment for our students that promotes health and learning with the aim of achieving the school's goals. As a school nurse, you will collaborate with guardians and other activities and authorities within and outside the municipality. In addition to health-promoting and preventive work, the school nurse role includes planning and carrying out the base program with health conversations and vaccinations for students at the school, as well as performing basic healthcare interventions. The role also includes documentation in Prorenata, the student health team's digital documentation tool. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed nurse with appropriate further education as a school nurse, open healthcare and nursing or healthcare and nursing for children and young people.
