There is now a unique opportunity to apply for a full-time permanent position at Täby Enskilda Gymnasium. About Täby Enskilda Gymnasium Täby Enskilda is an independent gymnasium school in Täby offering five college preparatory programs: the social sciences program, business program, arts program, natural sciences program, and technology program. We have approximately 1050 students distributed across 36 classes with 30 students in each class. The school has high demand and excellent academic results. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a licensed nurse with specialist training as a pediatric nurse, district nurse, or school nurse. You are comfortable focusing on long-term, preventative, and health-promoting work with students and can balance this preventative work with interventional work when needed. You meet young people with empathy and have an easy time building trusting relationships with students and colleagues. You have good collaboration skills, can be flexible when needed, and feel secure in your professional role. Personal suitability is weighted heavily. Your Assignment As a school nurse, you are part of the school's student health team. You work closely with the student health team, school leadership, teachers, and guardians. You work actively in a preventative and health-promoting manner to ensure that students' safety, well-being, and learning environment are as good as possible. Your role includes being part of the school's equal treatment team and crisis group. As a school nurse, you bring medical expertise to the student health team and are one of the school's two school nurses. You offer health consultations. You perform basic nursing interventions. You offer supplementary vaccinations according to the Swedish childhood vaccination program. You coordinate contact with other authorities when needed. Employment Type: Permanent position, 100%, probation period 6 months Start Date: From the start of the school year, or by agreement.
