MAIN JOB DUTIES: - Enhance the learner's speech and written language development skills to fully acquire competencies in the language domain as set out in the state education standard; - Promote the learner's self-esteem and provide support; - Conduct frontline diagnostics of learners' speech, written language, and reading skills.
