Speech-Language Pathologist Teacher
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Implement the special preschool education program code: 01015511;
• Work with students who have diagnosed language disorders and conduct language development diagnostics for pupils;
• Collaborate with support team specialists, classroom teachers, and parents of students;
• Be able to motivate learners and work in a team;
• Ensure quality pedagogical process, taking into account each child's development, individuality, and health status;
• Develop methodological materials;
• Ensure the safety of learners;
Requirements for Candidates:
• Higher sports pedagogical education, or student status in an appropriate program, in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of 11.09.2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Improving Pedagogues' Professional Competence" sections 2., 5., 6.p., and 21.3., III., 17.p.;
• Desired: similar work experience in a preschool education institution;
• Knowledge of the specifics of preschool education institution operations;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Latvian language proficiency at C1 level.
