Main job responsibilities: conduct pedagogical activities in accordance with the LR Education Law, General Education Law, IZM standards, PII regulations, PII internal rules, PII education programs, and state preschool education guidelines; diagnose speech, language, and written language disorders in children; provide corrective and developmental activities and prevention to promote mastery of language competencies outlined in the State Preschool Education Guidelines; plan work activities, develop a speech therapy class schedule, complete speech-language pathology teacher documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory acts and requirements set by the educational institution; prepare written assessments of a child's speech, language, and written language development when the child requires support measures in the learning process; in cases provided for in regulatory acts or upon written request from parents, recommend consultation with a pedagogical-medical commission to the child; consult and involve parents of children in corrective and developmental activities, advise teachers, and provide recommendations for children's speech and language development; ensure the safety and health of children, providing protection; cooperate with parents, group staff, and institution personnel, and fulfill other duties in accordance with the job description; conduct research on children's developmental progress; participate in the Institution's development planning and implementation in accordance with competencies. Requirements for candidates: education in accordance with the Regulations No. 569 of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Teachers and the Procedure for Teacher Professional Competence Development"; knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of education; positive, creative, and responsible attitude toward work; ability to plan, conduct, and analyze one's work; understanding of developmental characteristics of children's age groups and laws of interpersonal communication psychology; ability to communicate respectfully with children and adults; psychological resilience and high communication culture; ability to analyze and resolve conflict situations, maintain confidentiality and tolerance; skills to work in a team; competencies in working with information and communication technologies; continuous professional development in accordance with the latest findings and current trends in speech-language pathology, pedagogy, and psychology within the unified European education space.
