REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Professional education as specified in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers is required. Knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of education. Knowledge of the content of teaching and educational work and didactics of the subject. Understanding of the developmental characteristics of students' age groups and the laws of interpersonal psychology. Ability to make independent decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team. High sense of responsibility. Ability to work with office equipment and IT tools. WORK LOCATION: Preschool Institution "2.PIRMSSKOLA", Salaspils, Rubeņu Street 2A, Salaspils. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop students' speech and written language skills to fully master the competencies (requirements) set out in the state education standard in the language field. Conduct comprehensive diagnostics of students' speech, written language and reading skills. Assess a student's speech and language development disorders, set goals, select appropriate methodologies, and develop an action plan. Organi speech-language pathology group sessions according to the student's age, language disorders and level of mental development. When necessary, conduct individual work with students who have speech or written language disorders. Regularly maintain records in the speech-language pathologist's journal and in the school management system e-class according to the Institution's requirements. Consult with parents and teachers in cases of speech or written language disorders, and develop recommendations for supporting students. Conduct research on students' developmental progress and self-analysis of their work; Use information and communication technologies (ICT) in activities; Participate in in-depth assessment of students, involving other specialists when necessary; Participate in meetings of the educational institution's pedagogical council, support staff meetings, and as needed in methodological associations and parent meetings; Participate in the development of Individual Plans for students and provision of support; DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATE: Motivation letter.
