Registration No. 90000012827, Daugavas iela 29, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167 Mārupes novads Municipality Early Childhood Education Institution "Saimīte" is hiring a SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST TEACHER (code: 2352 01) (fixed-term position) Requirements for candidates: Higher pedagogical education and speech-language pathologist teacher qualification, or higher education and speech-language pathologist or audiologist qualification; may be a student; Latvian language proficiency in accordance with the State Language Law requirements (C1 level); High communication culture, professional ethics, and sense of responsibility; Ability to plan and organize work, strong communication skills when working with children; Understanding of educational programs and their implementation; Excellent skills in working with information technology (MS Office standard programs). Key job responsibilities: Conduct diagnosis of students' language disorders and implement corrective developmental activities - prevention and correction; Analyze the dynamics of students' language development; Consult with and involve parents/guardians in corrective developmental activities; Collaborate with support personnel, advise teachers, provide recommendations for students' speech and language development, inform about work progress, expected results, and development dynamics; Participate in providing support and developing individual plans for students; Improve the institution's developmental environment, material and methodological resources, as well as personal professional competence and other responsibilities in accordance with the speech-language pathologist teacher position description.
