REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Professional education as specified in the Cabinet of Ministers regulations is required. Knowledge of legal acts regulating the field of education; Knowledge of the content of educational and upbringing work and didactics of the subject; Understanding of the developmental characteristics of students by age group and the laws of interpersonal communication psychology; Ability to make independent decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a team. High sense of responsibility. Ability to work with office equipment and IT tools. WORK LOCATION: Pre-School Institution "2.PIRMSSKOLA", Salaspils, Rubeņu Street 2A, Salaspils Municipality. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop students' spoken and written language development skills for full acquisition of competencies (requirements) set out in the state education standard in the language field; Perform comprehensive diagnostics of students' speech, written language, and reading skills; Assess student speech and language development disorders, set goals, select appropriate methodologies, and develop action plans. Form groups for speech-language pathology sessions in accordance with students' age, language disorders, and intellectual development level; When necessary, conduct individual work with students who have speech or written language disorders; Regularly maintain records in the speech-language pathologist's logbook and in the school management system e-klase in accordance with the Institution's established requirements; Consult with parents and educators regarding speech or written language disorders and develop recommendations for supporting students; Monitor student development progress and conduct self-analysis of work; Use information and communication technologies (ICT) in activities; Participate in in-depth examination of students, involving other specialists when necessary; Participate in meetings of the education institution's pedagogical council, Support Staff meetings, and when needed in methodological association and parent meetings; Participate in the development of Individual Plans for students and provision of support; DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY CANDIDATE: Motivation letter.
