A Teacher's Aide (profession code 5312 01)
(permanent position)
Main Responsibilities:
Support to the preschool teacher in the pedagogical and educational process - preparation and conduct of classes, supervision of children, education and instruction throughout the workday, promoting children's self-care skills, and minor housekeeping tasks (cleaning and catering services are provided by external companies).
Position Requirements and Necessary Knowledge:
Secondary education; preference given to candidates with higher education, students, or those with a certificate of completion of childcare courses; work experience in preschool is also considered an advantage;
State language proficiency at an advanced level;
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team, high sense of responsibility.
