NTI Gymnasiet Malmö has approximately 200 students who are served lunch daily. Employment starting immediately. Areas of Responsibility We are now looking for a committed meal assistant who wants to contribute to a pleasant, sustainable, and high-quality meal experience for our students. About the RoleAs a meal assistant, you have an important role in creating an attractive and well-functioning meal environment. You are responsible for, among other things, arranging and refilling food. You contribute to ensuring that the whole process – from preparation to serving – maintains high quality and that the cafeteria is clean and tidy. Duties The role includes, among other things: Prepare the cafeteria before lunch. Provide service in the cafeteria and contribute to a pleasant environment Responsible for refilling and maintaining order in the serving area Cleaning and self-inspection Handling of deliveries QualificationsWe are looking for someone who: Has experience as a meal assistant. Has relevant education and good knowledge of self-inspection Actively works to reduce food waste and has a sustainability mindset Is service-oriented and enjoys working in a lively environment with young people Has good collaboration skills and is flexible in your working approach Communicates fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Other Information The position we offer is a permanent position at 45% with a 6-month trial period. If you are offered employment with us, you will need to provide an extract from the criminal record register before the employment contract takes effect.
