Dedicare is seeking an experienced school counselor who wants to work part-time to full-time in Stockholm and be part of the school's student welfare team (EHT). We are looking for someone with a social work degree and several years of experience working as a school counselor. As a consultant with Dedicare, you will have varied and developmental work where you make a real difference for children and young people. About the Assignment As a school counselor, you work closely with students, guardians, and school staff. The assignment involves participation in the EHT and broad psychosocial work at the school. Responsibilities The role includes, among other things: conduct student conversations, both individually and in groups converse and collaborate with guardians conduct school social assessments when needed (e.g., in advance of applications to adapted schools) provide guidance and advice to school staff participate in student hearings and student councils work preventively on matters such as safety, well-being, and harassment Qualifications Social Work degree At least 2–3 years of experience working as a school counselor Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: attentive, positive, and solution-oriented comfortable meeting with children, young people, and adults in various situations flexible and quick to adapt to new work environments and record systems communicative with strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish We Offer Consultant assignment via Dedicare Collective bargaining agreement Wellness allowance Flexible and developmental work We welcome your application – with us, you have the opportunity to contribute your expertise where it is truly needed.
