JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a recess teacher, you actively work on the school grounds and lead both spontaneous and planned activities that promote movement, participation, and positive relationships. You plan and implement activities within the leisure program together with colleagues, manage the recess supervisor schedule, and help develop the school grounds into a safe and inspiring place for all students. You work closely with students, teachers, and other staff to create a positive social environment. Your responsibilities also include preventing and managing conflicts, documenting interventions, and collaborating with colleagues regarding students' needs. The role requires you to prioritize, collaborate, and meet both individuals and groups in a flexible and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for someone who is trained as a leisure time instructor or has other academic education that we consider relevant for the position.
