You will help ensure that the daily operations of the school are a positive experience for both staff and students. You will be part of the school's administrative team, led by the administrative manager and also consisting of a school secretary. You work closely with the school secretary, administrative manager, and other members of the school leadership. You will have both fixed and varying tasks, so it's good if you're used to having multifaceted work and enjoy it. Good manners and service skills are therefore important qualities. Furthermore, you need to be stable and structured but at the same time creative and enjoy thinking differently. During certain periods, the work involves a high pace, which means you need to be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks, handle a high workload, independently solve tasks, and be stress-resistant. It is important that you are self-driven in your work and complete tasks. You can work independently but also collaborate easily. The work involves many contact points both internally and externally, so it is important that you can express yourself well in Swedish both in speech and writing. We share premises with Spånga Elementary School, which means you will sit at the reception desk together with the elementary school's school assistant. Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00-11:30 We place great emphasis on personal suitability. In case of redundancy at the Education Administration, the position may be used internally. Stockholm City works with competence-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's skills and thus counteracting discrimination. To work at our schools, you must present a valid extract from the police's criminal record and suspicion register before an employment offer. Within the Education Administration, we apply individual salary setting regulated by HÖK and General Provisions (AB).
