for the position of Principal at Laucesa Primary School

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and organize school operations in accordance with legal requirements
- Develop professional cooperation with school staff, students, their parents, and representatives of other institutions
Requirements for Candidates:
- Candidates must not fall under the restrictions set forth in the Education Law and the Child Rights Protection Law for working as a pedagogue
- Candidate's education must meet the requirements specified in the Education Law and Cabinet Regulations regarding the necessary education and professional qualifications for pedagogues and professional development procedures
- Candidate must have proficiency in the state language at the highest level in accordance with the State Language Law requirements and preferably at least one official EU language at the level necessary for professional work
- Candidate must have at least three years of pedagogical work experience in the education sector or in education management

We Offer: Professional development opportunities, monthly salary from EUR 1,810.00 to EUR 2,256.00 in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 445 dated July 5, 2016 "Regulations on Teacher Compensation" and social guarantees.
