Forestry and Agricultural Appraiser

At Forum Fastighetsekonomi, you'll become part of one of Sweden's leading valuation consulting firms specializing in commercial real estate, forestry, and agriculture. We have approximately 50 employees across 14 offices nationwide and are now seeking three forestry and agricultural appraisers for our Forestry and Agriculture Department in Jönköping, Dalarna, and Västerbotten counties.
About the Role
Following an introduction period, you will independently and under your own responsibility work with valuations of forestry and agricultural properties. A significant portion of assignments involves valuations of forest-dominated properties as well as damage assessments on both forestry and agricultural land.
The work is varied and moves between office, fieldwork, and client interaction. You'll operate in a dynamic area where law, economics, and forestry meet, with clients including banks, government agencies, municipalities, forestry companies, larger estates, and private landowners.
You'll be part of our Forestry and Agriculture group, which currently consists of 12 experienced colleagues with high expertise and strong teamwork.
About You
You already have some experience in valuation, real estate consulting, brokerage, or similar activities within forestry and agriculture.

Forestry education at university level is a requirement. Experience in forestry and agricultural valuation as well as damage assessment is a merit.
