At Forum Fastighetsekonomi, you'll become part of one of Sweden's leading valuation consulting firms specializing in commercial real estate, forests, and agriculture. We have approximately 50 employees across 14 offices throughout the country, and we're now seeking three forest and agricultural property appraisers for our Forest and Agricultural Department in Jönköping, Dalarna, and Västerbotten Counties.
About the Role
After an introduction period, you will independently and under your own responsibility work with valuations of forest and agricultural properties. A large portion of the assignments consists of valuations of forest-dominated properties as well as encroachment valuations on both forestry and agricultural land.
The work is varied and moves between office, fieldwork, and client interactions. You'll work in a dynamic area where law, economics, and forestry meet, serving clients such as banks, government agencies, municipalities, timber companies, large estates, and private landowners.
You'll be part of our Forest and Agricultural team, which currently consists of 12 experienced colleagues with strong expertise and excellent teamwork.
We're Looking for You If
You already have some experience in valuation, property consulting, real estate brokerage, or similar activities within forestry and agriculture.

Are confident in client communication and comfortable taking responsibility
Express yourself well in writing and speech
Hold a valid driver's license (B-category)
Forestry education at university level is required; experience in forest and agricultural valuation as well as encroachment valuation is a plus.
