Job Description: Shift Leader SSP Luleå Airport
We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented shift leader for SSP Luleå Airport on a full-time basis. Our various departments include Cornelius Coffee, Craft n' Draft, the Kiosk, as well as catering and production. At an airport, you meet many different people and the work tasks are varied, which means our days are never dull.

About the Role
You will work in the daily operations of our various departments, but as the person who leads and assigns work tasks during your shift. You ensure that work is performed according to agreed contracts and standards. Your responsibilities also include some staffing, onboarding new employees, short-term schedule changes, ordering supplies, handling personnel matters, and other common restaurant tasks.
Your Profile
As a shift leader, you must be very flexible and be a role model for the team you lead. As a person, you are cheerful, thorough, have a great sense of humor, and a sales-oriented approach. You can work both independently and in a team. You enjoy leading and motivating others and you are a role model for both colleagues and managers—you dare to be a leader. You enjoy working in a restaurant and providing service to our guests.
To succeed in this role, you are accustomed to working at a varying pace and you have a focus on service and sales. You are someone who takes initiative and personal responsibility for your tasks. You have good collaboration skills and communicating with guests, colleagues, and managers is no problem for you. Furthermore, order and organization are self-evident to you. The work is physically demanding and you are not afraid to pitch in. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, such as your leadership and how you communicate.
Requirements
• You have at least 1 year of documented work experience in a leadership role
• You speak and read Swedish fluently without hinderance
• You are at least 20 years old, as we serve alcohol and you may serve as the responsible server (according to Alcohol Act 2010:1622 8 kap. Service of Alcoholic Beverages and Alcohol-like Preparations 18 §)
In your application, you must state your citizenship and you must be able to provide a passport confirming your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of work permit as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
To work at the airport, an approved security check and criminal record check are required, which means you must be able to document your employment during the past five years. This must be provided as certificates or references; ensure you can obtain this and prepare the documentation as best you can in preparation for a possible interview.

Our opening hours follow the departure times at Luleå Airport, which means varying work hours with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends (Opening hours approximately 05:00-22:30).
