You, Us & the JobAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be part of a team jointly responsible for maintaining stable operational reliability of the production equipment. Here you'll have the opportunity to create the best possible conditions for production operations through your work. You will work with preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment at a mail terminal where shift work takes place. At the mail terminal, we have a wide variety of different mail sorting machines as well as a bulk sorting machine. These machines sort nearly all shipments for distribution, which in turn delivers to customers. The large variety of machines means that contact with machine suppliers from different countries may occur. Working hours rotate between two different day shifts as well as evening and night shifts. What You Will Do Independently and as part of a team, perform preventive and corrective maintenance work to keep our production running at peak efficiency Continuous work with improvement maintenance Conduct troubleshooting and secure short-term and long-term solutions during emergency maintenance Identify and communicate improvement suggestions within the maintenance area Who You Are Thorough and safety-conscious, with experience working according to applicable regulations and standards Results-oriented & responsible: You continuously work toward achieving and exceeding set goals Stress-resilient: You handle time pressure and work methodically and efficiently Initiative: Forward-thinking and willing to solve challenges, today and tomorrow You have a good ability to work both independently and as part of a team To thrive in this role, it's important that you have a problem-solving mindset and can handle both acute situations and long-term projects You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities What You Bring Technical education focused on maintenance, mechanics, electrical, data, automation or equivalent experience within the industry Experience from a similar role, for example as a maintenance technician or operations technician, where you have built strong knowledge in electrical, automation and mechanics A genuine and strong interest in technology Ability to read and understand technical documentation in both Swedish and English You enjoy working in an IT environment, have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Class AL driver's license is highly desirable What Are You Waiting For?We warmly welcome your application.
