Production Monitoring's vision is to be the heart of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's IT production. Our primary role is to monitor around the clock and remediate errors in the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's IT infrastructure, applications and services. We develop tools and working methods to enable proactive action and thus be able to intervene before a disruption has consequences for operations or citizens. IT Technician, IT Operations and IT Monitoring In the role of IT technician, your main responsibility is to monitor daily production and quickly act on deviations to minimize downtime for internal and external users. This means that in accordance with ITIL's framework, you resolve and escalate incidents and, when necessary, coordinate troubleshooting, create problem tickets and participate in the implementation of changes. The work involves many contact points with both internal and external parties, where an important part of your work is to quickly communicate correct operational information to affected customers and stakeholders in the event of an incident. Since operations run around the clock, every day of the year, you will work according to one of the group's established schedules with both day and night shifts. This position involves handling classified information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have high security awareness.
