We are responsible for technical facility management at one of the Nordic region's largest acute care hospitals, where operational reliability and rapid problem-solving are critical. About the Position As we develop our delivery, we're transitioning from on-call coverage to 24/7 on-site staffing. As a technician, you'll be a key person in our organization, working directly at Södersjukhuset to ensure that the facility's technical systems function optimally – regardless of the time of day. The position involves work according to a three-shift schedule (day, evening, and night) with an average working time of 34.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, emergency response, and preventive measures within facility technical systems in a complex and critical environment. Your Responsibilities Handle emergency operational disruptions and technical problems Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on the hospital's technical systems and equipment such as ventilation, control systems, cooling systems, plumbing, pneumatic tube systems, etc. Ensure continuous operation of the hospital's critical functions Collaborate with other technicians and hospital operations staff Document and report completed actions according to established procedures What We Offer Responsible and meaningful work in a mission-critical operation Opportunity to work in a technically advanced environment A dedicated team and excellent development opportunities A workplace where your expertise truly makes a difference Security-Cleared Workplace Södersjukhuset is security-classified, so you will undergo a security clearance prior to employment. About You We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-motivated, and takes initiative. You are a meticulous and quality-conscious person who is skilled at problem-solving. You work in a structured manner and handle stress well. Furthermore, excellent collaboration and communication skills are important – with both internal and external parties. To succeed in this role, you need Relevant technical education and previous work experience in the field Experience with similar tasks, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently – as well as in a team Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license Why Choose Luotea Our customers are public and commercial property owners throughout the country.
