Then this could be the opportunity you're looking for! About the Position We at Outokumpu in Degerfors are seeking a shift electrician for our electrical maintenance team. In this role, you work in a dynamic environment where safety is always the highest priority. You will collaborate closely with mechanics and automation technicians to handle acute machine breakdowns as well as plan and perform preventive maintenance. The role also includes administration, supplier contacts, and independent planning of your workday, which provides flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our processes. The position is full-time and involves continuous 5-shift rotation. Your Responsibilities • Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Outokumpu's electrical equipment • Development of electrical maintenance to ensure an operational production facility • Active participation in the company's safety work to create a safe work environment • Contribute to improvement efforts both individually and as part of a team. • Assist the various departments with preventive and corrective maintenance work. • Use of our maintenance system Maximo Your Profile • Upper secondary education in electrical, industrial, automation, or equivalent • Structured and responsible with great drive • Initiative-taking and solution-oriented • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Good computer skills and preferably good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Meriting to have experience with troubleshooting, PLC knowledge, or process understanding within furnace technology. • Meriting to have experience working with maintenance and maintenance systems for machinery equipment and electrical systems.
