We're now hiring new colleagues for the winter season at one of Sweden's ten largest ski resorts. Exciting and eventful workplace awaits with world-class skiing and an idyllic winter environment. Create memories for a lifetime – apply for the winter's most fun job at Kungsberget now! Your Responsibilities Our ski rental has a central role in our guests' experience. As an employee with us, you'll work in a large team with many different tasks, where the main responsibility is to provide our guests with the equipment they need for a complete winter vacation. Guests book equipment through our website, and you're responsible for preparing the equipment they've booked. You'll also work at the checkout and service area, helping guests exchange equipment if something doesn't fit, answering questions, extending agreements, or making changes to their bookings. On arrival days, we also deliver equipment directly to guests' cottages – a service that's very popular and one we're the best in Sweden at. The position mainly involves work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. During our internal training, you'll learn everything you need to work in our ski rental. Requirements You should be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Available for work shifts during Christmas break, certain weekends, and part of the sports break. (weeks 8-9) Meritorious Cash register experience and previous experience in service roles. B-class driver's license and access to a car.
