We are now hiring new colleagues for the winter season at one of Sweden's ten largest ski resorts. Your Responsibilities Our ski equipment rental plays a central role in our guests' experience. As a member of our team, you will work in a large team with many different tasks, where the primary responsibility is to provide our guests with the equipment they need for a complete winter vacation. Guests book equipment through our website, and you are responsible for preparing the equipment they have booked. You will also work at the cashier and service desk, where you help guests exchange equipment if something doesn't fit, answer questions, extend agreements, or make changes to their bookings. On arrival days, we also deliver equipment directly to the guest's cottage – a service that is very popular and which we are the best in Sweden at. During our internal training, you will learn everything you need to work in our ski rental operation. We see that you have an interest in skiing and enjoy working with people – both adults and children. You are stress-resistant, step up when needed, and like to work across department boundaries. That you are cheerful, positive, and service-oriented is a given for us. At Kungsberget, we believe that happy employees lead to happy guests. Requirements You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Be able to work both day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends. B-class driver's license and access to a car. Merits Cash register experience and previous experience in service roles. Application This is a seasonal employment from November/December to April and the position is covered by HRF's collective agreement.
