As support for residents, there is a security host here. The ambition is that the security host, together with the residents, should create common meaningful activities. It should be easy to live at Skebo! Your tasks The security host's task is to plan and implement meaningful preventive activities with the tenants, in larger or smaller groups. The activities are adapted so that they work, both for the individual tenant and the group as a whole. The number of participants in the activities varies, but the security host should try to ensure that each tenant feels influence, security, and has a high quality of life. This is created based on good treatment, in dialogue with tenants and based on each tenant's needs. The role involves a lot of freedom under responsibility. The job also includes administrative tasks such as responsibility for activity budget, target-based management work, shopping, planning and booking activities. Visits to tenants' homes occur but for the most part we meet in the common areas. Participate in apartment viewings and common areas and help promote Security Housing through events and follow-up with interested parties. Contribute to ongoing development of the Security Housing concept. Your background/Your qualities We see that you as an applicant have education in care and health, at least at upper secondary school level, and experience working with elderly or disabled people. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of risk factors, health factors and diseases that elderly people can suffer from, as well as knowledge of conversation methods and leading groups. As a person you are positive, responsible and structured. You have good and attentive treatment and enjoy working and talking with elderly people. You can engage, motivate, adapt and stimulate different types of activities. It is an advantage if you have many ideas for activities. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
