Transportation is essential to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to major cities. We work deliberately to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this through, among other things, training in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work to become fossil-free by 2030. This position is a permanent employment with a full-time (100%) employment level, starting immediately. Your working hours will be scheduled between 06:15-20:30, Monday to Friday. We have a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at Lovartsgatan 3, Karlstad. What You Will Do Loading, picking up, and distributing packages. Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers. Who You Are Curious and self-driven: You do much of the work on your own, but teamwork is important. Patient & confident: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain the balance. Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. As are orderliness and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time. Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sedentary while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and delivering. For this, you need good strength and mobility. Adaptable: Unexpected things require flexibility. Customer-focused: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling. You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
