You & Us & The Job
As a van driver at PostNord, you are invaluable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral goods transport. Transportation is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to major cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this through training in fuel-efficient driving, among other things. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.
This position is a permanent employment with a 75% employment rate starting immediately. Your working hours will be scheduled Tuesday–Friday evenings between 4:30 PM–10:15 PM and Saturdays daytime between 9:30 AM–3:15 PM. We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will be based at Grimboåsen 10B, Gothenburg.

Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private customers, or business customers.
Who You Are
Curious and self-driven: You do much of the work alone, but team spirit is important.
Patient & reliable: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep your balance.
Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. So are order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
Good physical fitness: Yes, you sit while driving, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
Adaptable: Unexpected things require flexibility.
Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
What You Bring
High school diploma, or currently in your final year of high school
Category B driver's license and experience driving a car
Swedish in speech and writing
Good customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and an ability to find solutions
