You & Us & The Job
As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find your way and your job is a journey toward climate-neutral freight transport. Transportation is a necessity to reach all of Sweden and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to big city. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact and you will be an important part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together we work toward becoming fossil-free by 2030.
This position is a permanent employment with 100% employment rate starting immediately. Your working hours will be during daytime between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Mineralgatan 14, Helsingborg.
What You Will Do
Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are retail partners, private customers, or business customers.
Who You Are
Curious and self-driven: You'll do much of the work on your own, but teamwork is important.
Patient & composed: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key concepts. Just like order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
In good physical condition: Yes, you're sitting still while driving, but you need to be able to handle loading and unloading. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
Adaptable: Unexpected situations require flexibility.
Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feel.
You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.
What You Bring
High school diploma, or currently in your final year of high school
Category B driver's license and experience driving a car
Swedish spoken and written
Good customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
