JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Are you a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for creating meaningful everyday life for seniors? Do you want to be an important part of strengthening an individual's independence and quality of life? Then we're looking for you for our Rehabilitation Unit in Landskrona! About the Role The unit currently employs 12 licensed occupational therapists and 12 licensed physical therapists. When you start with us, you will receive a mentor who will support you to ensure you have a smooth and good start in your work. As a licensed occupational therapist at the Rehabilitation Unit, you will work with two care and residential facilities in close collaboration with physical therapists and other professionals. The work includes standard occupational therapy tasks within municipal elderly care, such as assistive device prescription, rehabilitation measures in the facility, functional assessments and guidance, and support for nursing staff. You are an important part of the team and contribute your expertise to create a person-centered approach where the individual's needs and resources are in focus. You have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work from a patient perspective. The work requires that you can work independently while also thriving in teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, attentive, and have good empathetic abilities. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We keep records in Lifecare and also work in other IT systems such as Mina Planer and WebSesam. You will receive introduction and training in the systems used. A Class B driver's license is required for the position. Before employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be provided. The extract is called 'Work in the home with elderly persons and persons with disabilities'. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent position.
