About the Assignment We are now seeking additional Delivery Specialists to work on behalf of a customer at one of Sweden's largest telecom operators and serve as key personnel in the work of expanding fiber networks in society. As a DS, you'll join a great team that, in short; ensures timely and quality delivery of ordered fiber network installations, working closely with network architects, operators, and contractors. Responsibilities Your primary focus is to coordinate and communicate delivery updates to create the best customer experience. Your main tasks as a DS include coordinating, updating, and organizing the requested delivery to provide the best customer experience and ensuring each delivery occurs on schedule with customer and quality in focus. For example, you will: Responsible for coordinating and communicating delivery changes to both customers and contractors. Manage KPIs distributed by the DS-lead. Examples include inquiries received via email, phone, or system. Examples of these inquiries are updates from operators, changed conditions from contractors, and quantity adjustments. Ensure quality and answer questions regarding the requested delivery. Phone duties; Receive calls from contractors or other internal departments and assist them with ongoing deliveries during office hours. Support other departments and contractors with documentation, clarifications of projects, or delivery updates on larger projects. Contribute to improvement efforts as needed. We are Looking for You To fit the role of Delivery Specialist, we're seeking someone who: Has completed upper secondary education, preferably post-secondary education. Has analytical ability and creates understanding for the next step in the process flow. Is quick to understand different matters and has an understanding of who needs to communicate and about what. Has good computer and system proficiency in the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint) with experience navigating different IT environments. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently, and has good knowledge of English. It is a merit but not a requirement if you have previous work experience in a similar coordinating role where your task focused on project coordination, quality, and information distribution. It is an advantage if you are technically interested and eager to learn more. Knowledge of the telecom industry and fiber network expansion is not required but something you will learn along the way.
