Salaspils Culture House, a municipal institution of Salaspils Municipality Registration No. 90011556135 announces an open competition for the position of CULTURE HOUSE SOUND AND LIGHTING OPERATOR Main Requirements for Candidates: Secondary education, preferably secondary specialized education (in multimedia technologies, audio, lighting or stage technologies) or first-level professional higher education (preferably in multimedia technologies or a related specialty); Preferred 2 years of practical experience working with sound and lighting equipment. Special skills in working with digital sound consoles and lighting control programs (e.g. Allen & Heath, ChamSys), as well as knowledge of networks and network protocols used in sound and lighting technology; Understanding of the principles of cultural institution operations and technical support for cultural events; Ability to find quality technical solutions in accordance with the cultural project concept; State language proficiency at the highest level; Preferred certification allowing work at heights; Preferred Category B vehicle driver's license; Good organizational and communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Accuracy and sense of responsibility. Main Duties: Implementation of sound and lighting for cultural events and daily operations; Maintenance and monitoring of material and technical resources; Supervision of material and technical resources. We Offer: Monthly salary (gross) from 1200 EUR to 1320 EUR (after probation period) before tax payments; Bonus, vacation allowance and additional vacation depending on work performance evaluation; Social guarantees and health insurance (after probation period completion); Work with summarized working hours and flexible work schedule.
