About the position As a claims advisor, you work according to the claims process and are responsible for receiving customers, scheduling appointments, booking rental vehicles, invoicing, claims inspections, preparing damage estimates for insurance companies, and handing over completed vehicles. You play an important role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience throughout the claims process. What we're looking for We are seeking someone with experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple customer contacts. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: Previous experience in a similar profession Good computer skills and experience in preparing estimates A structured and organized way of working Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to provide customers with professional and service-oriented treatment If you have previous experience with Cabas/Cabplan and/or Kobra, that is a merit We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Other information The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial six-month probationary period. Placement is at Bilia Personbilar AB in Västerås.
