We are now seeking two nurses to join our team in Southwest, as two colleagues are expecting children. Both positions are permanent until further notice. We operate from bright and modern facilities at Redegatan 9C in Långedrag. The entire work team gathers in the morning to review the day's care assignments before heading out to patients at the various care and housing facilities throughout the district. This gives you the opportunity to have more colleagues with whom you can share your knowledge and also gain extensive opportunities to acquire more knowledge from the many experienced nursing colleagues you meet daily. Your work tasks include assessing, planning, and structuring work for individual patients and their loved ones based on a person-centered approach. You follow up and document according to applicable legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you work independently and carry responsibility for your patients. You work closely with colleagues such as other nurses, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation teams. You also collaborate with unit managers and care staff at care and housing facilities, as well as with social workers and physicians. You work according to a standard schedule, which means you primarily work daytime hours on weekdays with duty every fourth weekend and approximately 6 evening shifts over an 8-week period. We would prefer that you have professional experience, but we also welcome newly graduated nurses. The position requires a valid driver's license (category B).
