We meet patients within both the Health, Care and Social Services Administration and the Support Services Administration, which means great variation in patients and care needs. The team consists of a total of 20 nurses and an accessible manager. During a typical night shift, normally nine nurses work together. We're based at Amiralsgatan 81A and work between 21:30 and 07:30. Your Assignment As a night shift nurse, you have an autonomous and qualified role where you handle both planned and acute interventions. You: Assess and perform medical treatment and care interventions Make independent assessments based on patient needs Guide and delegate to care personnel Collaborate with care staff regarding patients Provide support and advice to care personnel during the night Three nurses rotate responsibility for telephone advisory services to care personnel in home care, special housing, LSS accommodations, and short-term housing. This means no two nights are the same – while you always have nursing colleagues to collaborate with. We're Looking for You If You: Are a registered nurse with Swedish licensure Have at least two years of experience as a nurse Have very good Swedish in speech and writing Have basic digital competence Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Extra plus if you have: Specialist training in, for example, elderly care, medical care, psychiatry, acute care, or ambulance services Experience working with people with disabilities Experience in municipal health and care services Experience with independent clinical assessments Experience collaborating across different organizations Experience with our journal system Procapita Who Are You?
