JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse, you are responsible for the patients on our unit and will have ultimate responsibility for their wellbeing. This means you carefully monitor their medical parameters, conduct patient assessments, and ensure that all medical interventions are appropriate and effective. Through close collaboration with nursing assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, you ensure that patients receive the best possible care and treatment. Your role extends beyond medical responsibility, and as a leader within the team, you are also involved in supervising and motivating your colleagues. Together with them, you participate in rounds and contribute to dialogue both internally and externally, for example with the municipality, to ensure a cohesive and efficient care pathway.
