DUTIES As a nurse in assisted living for the elderly and in home care, no two days are the same. The pace varies and the days are filled with meaningful human interactions. We strive to regularly step back from our daily work and think about what we want to achieve in the longer term. Your work largely consists of assessing patients' health status and deciding on healthcare interventions, implementing medical orders, and following up on the measures taken. We work closely with family members and staff to make a difference in patients' daily lives. You conduct regular visits to your patients to ensure continuity in meetings between patients and healthcare professionals. When needed, you collaborate with paramedics or consult the patient's assigned physician. An important part of your work is also to support, guide, and delegate to care personnel. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you who: • are a licensed nurse • have a B-class driver's license It's a merit if you have: • previous work experience as a licensed nurse • further education, for example in elderly care, Silvia nursing, or other education in the field of dementia • experience working in municipal healthcare To succeed in this role, we see that you have the ability to work independently and actively drive your own work, from planning through implementation and follow-up.
