Are you tired of sitting at the same desk every day? Would you like to trade corridors and fixed routines for a free, meaningful, and varied assignment? We are looking for a mobile nurse and an area-responsible nurse within home healthcare and residential care services who want to make a difference in patients' daily lives. With us, your car can become a rolling office, patients become your regulars, and perhaps your briefcase becomes your most important work tool.

Together, we are approximately fifty nurses, assistant nurses, and two unit managers who have big hearts and commitment to our patients.

WORK TASKS
The work involves typical nursing duties, which include assessment and treatment of both planned and acute conditions, palliative care, wound care, and medication management. We work person-centered with the goal of utilizing the patient's own abilities and resources. The work also includes quality and development work as well as mentoring of staff and students. Teamwork with other professionals and the unit manager are other important parts of the work, and right now we are transitioning to Close Care. You plan your own workday, which means you can largely influence how your day unfolds.
Working hours are primarily daytime, but some evening and weekend shifts are included.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have Swedish nursing certification. A driver's license (category B) is required as we use cars in the service. It is meritorious if you have further education as a district nurse, in elderly care, or other specialization that the employer considers relevant.
We are looking for you who are calm and stable with a good ability to adapt to changes, as the work is varied. You take responsibility for your tasks and work independently. Furthermore, it is important that you can listen and communicate with others, as cooperation with patients, relatives, and staff is a significant part of the job. You should be able to create structure in your work and take responsibility for planning your workday. You have the ability to make well-founded assessments and prioritize responsibly. You can analyze complex situations, weigh different perspectives, and show good judgment in both decisions and actions.
Salary form: Monthly salary.

Duration: Permanent position, start date: 2026-09-01 or by agreement.

The position is filled on the condition that required decisions are made. According to the Social Services Act, excerpts from the police's criminal record must be presented by persons before they are employed to work at homes for care or housing (HVB homes), support homes, or sheltered homes.
