Within the Social Care Administration, approximately 1,200 committed employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. Work is carried out within elderly care, home services, services for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse in ordinary housing in Ystad Municipality, you will have an independent, varied, and meaningful job where you make a real difference for our patients. You are an important part of the team around the individual and have area responsibility within your geographic area. Your role includes: • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health and medical care interventions. • Perform medical assessments and make decisions based on the patient's current needs. • Order and follow up on care measures in close collaboration with care staff. • Delegate and guide staff in care work and support nursing students during their internships. • Coordinate and collaborate with other professionals, relatives, and care providers to create safe and coherent care. • Document and follow up on interventions according to applicable procedures and guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, you need to be an independent, confident, and responsible person who is comfortable making decisions and seeing the full picture of care interventions. You are thorough, flexible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to different situations. You are a licensed nurse and have a driver's license (category B). Experience in home care, care of the elderly, municipal health and medical care is advantageous, as is specialist training as a district nurse. Most importantly, we value your commitment and your willingness to provide good and safe care. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as experience documenting in medical records systems and working digitally. Working hours are weekdays with duty two weekends out of ten weeks. During weekend work, you work throughout the municipality and meet patients in both ordinary and special housing as well as LSS and social psychiatry, which makes the work both varied and developmental.
