The unit's employees have great responsibility for developing and improving care in collaboration with the area's management. WORK TASKS As a nurse in inpatient care, you work closely with patients and as a work leader for staff to help patients in their daily lives, personal care, and social contacts. With us, you work together with other professional categories such as nursing assistants, doctors, counselors, and psychologists. You get a broad and exciting field of work and close collaboration with the area's outpatient care. The trainee program gives you a unique opportunity to be introduced to patient work primarily within psychiatric inpatient care. By following patients' journeys and care flows within different units, you gain valuable practical experience and a large network throughout psychiatry. You participate in patient meetings concerning various psychiatric conditions and diseases in contact and collaboration with several different professional groups and specialist teams, which provides a good understanding of psychiatric care. As a Trainee employee, you are prioritized in offers for internal training and follow a structured format with supervision and varying work tasks. If you are a newly graduated nurse, you participate in Clinical Base Year, Region Jämtland Härjedalen's basic training in parallel throughout the year.
