About the Operation
Are you an experienced registered nurse who wants to work in a flexible, cross-functional role? Now there is an opportunity to become part of Region Västernorrland's new Staffing Center, based in Sundsvall.
Region Västernorrland is establishing a new Staffing Center within the Production Support Unit (EPS) - a long-term, region-wide initiative to ensure secure and high-quality staffing for short-term absences and planned needs. The goal is to reduce vulnerability and create a sustainable staffing model that will gradually expand to more operations.
Together we staff the operations at the hospital in Sundsvall, always with a focus on quality, competence, and continuity. Initially, the focus is on care units but will broaden to more operations over time.
As a nurse in the staffing center, you will work in different operations, meet many colleagues, and contribute where you are most needed—every day. The position involves, among other things:
· You are employed in EPS but work operationally on the care units that have needs.
· You get a workday with variety and the opportunity to develop broad competence.

We are recruiting 15 nurses. The positions are permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Work location: Sundsvall.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
· Are a registered nurse
· Have good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
· Have at least two years of work experience in acute care and/or inpatient care units
It is a merit if you:
· Have experience working in temporary staffing/agency nursing roles
· Have experience working within multiple different care operations
· Have a Class B driver's license
