You will become a stable resource for health and medical care in Sundsvall Region Västernorrland is now establishing a new Staffing Center within the Unit for Production Support (EPS) - a long-term, region-wide resource designed to ensure safe and high-quality staffing for both short-term absences and planned needs. As part of the staffing center's resource team, you will consist of permanent employees who are nurses. Together you will staff care wards at the hospital in Sundsvall, with a clear focus on quality, expertise and continuity of care. You will be part of a strategic initiative aimed at reducing vulnerability, strengthening the conditions for care and contributing to a more sustainable staffing model for the entire region. Initially, the focus is on care wards, but the assignment will eventually be expanded to more activities. As a nurse in the staffing center, you will work in different activities, meet many colleagues and contribute where you make the most difference each day. The position involves, among other things: You are employed by EPS, but work operationally on the care wards that have needs. You get a working day with variety and the opportunity to develop broad expertise. The role suits you who want the security of a permanent employment and at the same time appreciate the dynamics of switching between different environments and working methods.
