Our operations are facing an exciting development where our mission will be expanded to include a consolidated pediatric emergency department. JOB DUTIES As a nurse with us, you will meet children and young people with varying care needs, both acute and planned. You are responsible for nursing care, treatment, and patient-centered assessments and work in close collaboration with other professionals at the clinic. We offer an individually tailored introduction based on your previous experience and knowledge. During the introduction, you will be assigned a mentor who supports your development and helps you become confident in your role and the operations. Development opportunities with us are extensive. Through concurrent work between the pediatric emergency department and pediatric ward, you will have the opportunity to develop both broad and in-depth expertise in pediatric care. We value continuous learning and actively work to create good conditions for professional development and experience exchange. There is also the possibility of eventually joining one of our multiprofessional teams where you contribute your expertise and perspective to ensure good and safe care within one of your areas of interest. We are here for our patients every day of the year and every hour of the day, and we therefore offer a rotating schedule that includes weekend duty corresponding to 2 out of 5 weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in caring for children and young people and who wants to be part of developing operations where quality, patient safety, and evidence-based care are in focus. You are a licensed nurse. We consider it meritorious if you are a licensed pediatric nurse and/or have work experience in pediatric and youth healthcare. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team. We value that you are helpful, responsible, and contribute to a good work climate. You see the importance of sharing knowledge and experience and have the ability to contribute your professional expertise in the team's collaborative work.
