Instead of patients having to make themselves available when it suits the organization, care should be made available when it suits the patient. 1177 by phone is a national service operated around the clock in all regions of Sweden. We are responsible for healthcare advice throughout Region Västernorrland at all hours. We also collaborate with healthcare advice services in Västerbotten, Norrbotten, and Jämtland at certain times of day. We are now seeking new colleagues. These positions are permanent full-time or part-time positions by agreement with the recruiting manager. Start date to be agreed upon. Job Duties With us, you will work in an exciting operation that is constantly evolving. The work is varied and enjoyable. We provide qualified advice, make medical assessments, and refer to the appropriate healthcare provider. To support you in your work, you have access to a quality-assured symptom-based national decision support tool and follow a structured conversation process. As a new employee, you will undergo a comprehensive introduction program with both theoretical and practical training. We are committed to creating the best possible conditions for our nurses to feel secure in their role. The position involves work during days, evenings, and nights.
