WORK TASKS As a nurse with us, you are a key person in the team and in the development of the care we offer. We can offer an individually adapted introduction program. In your role with us, you will primarily be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating nursing, health and medical care interventions for patients with varying medical conditions. You will get breadth in your work with everything from wound dressing changes, injections, sampling, palliative care, medication management and more. You collaborate closely with patients and their families with a focus on a health-promoting and consultative approach. Together with other nurses, you are responsible for guiding, delegating to and supporting nursing staff. Home Care East, Östhammar and Öregrund, includes special housing, ordinary housing, short-term unit and LSS services. Our operations are characterized by good cohesion within the staff, high quality nursing care and good relationships between employees and users. You will work independently, but also be part of a good community with good leadership and skills development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. If you are a district nurse or have specialist training as a nurse in geriatrics or dementia, we see that as meritorious. If you have work experience from home care, elderly care or dementia, we see that as a great advantage. You express yourself easily in speech and writing in Swedish. Good IT skills are required as we work in several different digital systems. It is also meritorious if you have experience with the medical record systems Viva and Cosmic. A driver's license is a requirement. Do you enjoy independent work with good opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in the care team?
