The organization was founded in 1921 by Alma Hedin. Under her leadership, a unique spirit emerged – the Blomsterfonden spirit – which still shapes our operations today. We continue Alma's work by preserving what is at the heart of every human life: recognizing the individual's capacity, will and emotional life.
Blomsterfonden also actively works to support relatives. We organize and participate in various forums to spread knowledge about seniors' needs and life situations.

Are you ready to change workplaces and become part of our wonderful team of group managers in our newly built elder care home in Saltsjösten, Nacka?
As a group manager/nurse with us, you are responsible for care and have overall responsibility for integration within HSL and SoL. You have personnel responsibility for your team and are responsible for staff management, work environment and conducting development and salary reviews.
You report to the operations manager and sit on the local management team.
You will face both professional and personal challenges in a developing and learning environment where open dialogue and co-determination are a given.
Saltsjösten Elder Care Home is conveniently located near public transportation.

Qualifications
Licensed Nurse, preferably with further training in dementia/geriatrics. Previous management experience of at least 3 years is required.
It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently and have good communication skills. During recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The workplace is covered by a collective agreement.
Blomsterfonden applies a probationary period.
