Your work includes telephone advice services where you conduct medical assessments, provide guidance, and help patients access the right care. You will also work in the reception area where there is an opportunity, based on your interests and expertise, to start up and take responsibility for a specific area according to the assignments available in the health choices program. We have specialist clinics in, among other things, asthma/COPD, dementia, diabetes, care coordination, and lifestyle. We conduct continuous development and improvement work, and as an employee you have the opportunity to influence your work and work situation. You will be offered regular professional meetings. This is a temporary position of approximately 1 year extending through summer 2027. Possible opportunity for extension. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you are a specialist-trained district nurse, that is a merit. We would like you to have experience in primary care or other reception work within healthcare. You are confident in yourself and your role as a nurse/district nurse and take responsibility in your work. You can work both independently with responsible tasks and also function well in various teamwork. Having good interaction with patients and colleagues is a given for you, and you have a genuine interest in helping others. You should be able to structure your work efficiently, setting and maintaining time frames. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Working hours are mainly daytime Monday-Friday, and some service on our open health center in Nybro does occur.
